Condolence From: Patricia Killen Weaver

Condolence: Dr. Carter was a wonderful Physician. I was a patient at Carter-Floyd Clinic in 1966- 1967 and 1969-1970. Dr. Carter was with me for the delivery of my last baby. He was very professional and kind. Dr. Floyd was with me for First delivery. These two physician's established a wonderful facility for the Shoals area. My sympathy goes out to the family.

Condolence: My father, who practiced at the same time as Dr. Carter did, always spoke so highly of him. I never heard an unkind word spoken about this amazing physician, and I hope it comforts his family to know that not only his former patients will miss him, but so will the entire Shoals area.
