Visitation will be Sunday November 19, 2017 from 12:00 until 1:30 p.m. A graveside side service will follow at 2:00 P.M. at Tri- Cities Memorial Garden. Brother Kevin Flannagin is officiating. Elkins Funeral Home is assisting the family.
