Fishing...

I remember once as a child when Brink came to visit us in Gadsden. He took me fishing down the street (something no one else had been brave enough to attempt at that point:). That time spent was a true adventure for me and made me feel quite special! He always seemed to have that ability. He also very generously shared some of his penny collection with me when we came to Florence for the holidays:). I know he loved great music and have him to thank for learning about the bluegrass artist Alison Krauss:. He very kindly shared with me once that I reminded him of her and of our grandmother Laura Norton. I'm very grateful for time spent with cousin Brink. Though it was not enough.. He was such a kind and gentle soul.
