The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of D. O'Steen can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Dear O'Steen Family,

I am very sad to hear about your Pa-Pa's passing, but I am joyful that he has gone Home to the Lord. You will miss him so much after caring for him for many years. How fortunate he was to have your devoted care so he could live at home!

I remember going with D.C. one time to his workshop at the business and seeing the big kitchen where he loved to cook meals for you all.
It was a time in his life he enjoyed so much.

And, when we visited in their home, D.D. and D.C. were such wonderful hosts to me and my family and my Mom Jinny Wood. They were such fun to talk to ~ with many interesting stories to share.

I am praying for you all tomorrow as you lay him to rest.

Sincerely and with Christian Love,

Sheila
