Obituary for Patsy Putman

Patsy D. Putman, 77, of Lexington passed away Saturday, January 20, 2018 at her home. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Elkins East Chapel from 12:30 P.M. until 2:00P.M. A service will follow in the chapel at 2:00pm. Burial will be at Nebo Cemetery in Lexington, Alabama.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Eulys T. Putman; and her parents Oscar Clinton and Hattie Lois Davis.

She is survived by her children, Rickie Putman (Lisa),Brett Putman (Deborah),Tim Putman (Sharon),Teresa Putman, Lori Jones (Chad);grandchildren, Ben Putman (Amanda),Carly Shelby (Justin),Maggie Bevis (Wes), Seth ,Trent, and Shannon Putman, Taylor Newton, Shelby McNutt (Will) and Ethan Putman; great-grandchildren, Cooper, Hudson, and Hayden ;and several nieces and nephews.

She was a member of Nebo Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Lexington. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking and feeding every one especially her family. She was an avid card player and loved to complete puzzles.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

The Family would like to offer special thanks to Dr. E. Santiago, Dr. E. Holden, and Dr.H Baalbaki for their efforts and care over the past several years. Special thanks also to the nurses of Amedysis Home Health and the Wound Care Center staff and nurses for their wonderful care.
